Networking at the MWDPTC
HORSEBACK RIDING
Explore the idyllic beauty of southern Indiana’s countryside as you travel the rolling hills by horseback at the 2023 MWDPTC. Conference attendees are invited to join a 45-minute guided trail ride at The Stables at the French Lick Resort on Tuesday, Nov. 14. You may even spot deer, red tail hawk, turkey and other wildlife during the beautiful ride bordering Hoosier National Forest. Afterwards, horseback riders will enjoy a private lunch at West Baden Hotel.

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING

Gather your team and take aim on the French Lick Resort’s 75-acre clay shooting range. Attendees will receive 50 shells to shoot at 50 clay targets, using their choice of a 12-gauge or 20-gauge rifle. Both novice shooters and experienced marksmen will revel in the thrill of firing away at clay targets of various trajectories, speeds, elevations, distances, and target sizes, navigating the 2-mile course via golf carts. Afterwards, enjoy a private lunch at West Baden Hotel with your fellow clay pigeon shooters and attendees of the horseback riding networking event.

GOLF TOURNAMENT
Tee up and network during the annual MWDPTC golf tournament at the French Lick Resort’s Donald Ross Course. This classic course, designed by architect Donald Ross, plays 7,000 yards and has been rated the No. 2 public course in Indiana from 2008 to 2016 by Golf Week. Check in for all pre-registered participants will start at 9 a.m. just outside of the clubhouse. The shotgun start will begin at 10 a.m. All participants will enjoy a lunch buffet at Hagen’s, the course’s clubhouse restaurant, during the tournament.
