Late registration is available until November 14th.
Conference Registration (Wednesday Only) $380 Includes conference registration and meals for Wednesday, November 15th only.
Conference Registration (Full Event) $610 Includes conference registration and meals for the full event.

Please note that all conference charges for the MWDPTC will appear as PayPal charges from "MGH" on your credit card statement.
HOTEL BOOKING
As a reminder, Midwest Damage Prevention Training Conference attendees are responsible for booking and managing their own hotel reservations directly with the French Lick Resort. (Please note: All scholarship recipients, as well as sponsors who receive complimentary hotel accommodations as part of their sponsorship package, will still have their accommodations arranged through the conference organizers.)
**MWDPTC Cancellation, Modification & Transfer Policy**
Registration Cancellation Policy: After Oct. 14 attendees and exhibitors who no longer can attend the 2023 conference, and who contact [email protected], will be able to transfer their registration and booth to 2024. Attendees will be responsible for paying any cost increases from 2023 MWDPTC to 2024 MWDPTC prices in order to take advantage of this transfer policy.
Networking Event Cancellation Policy: The MWDPTC Planning Team cannot accommodate networking event registration cancellations after Oct. 28. If you are unable to attend a networking event and inform us after Oct. 28, we can transfer your networking event registration to another conference attendee. This is due to guarantees we must make to the venue on Oct. 28. Thank you for your understanding.
Modification & Transfer Policy: Attendees may request to modify their registration (adding a networking event, if available) or transfer the exact package purchased to a substitute attendee by contacting the event organizers through this online form by Monday, Nov. at 6 p.m EDT, and someone from our planning team will contact you within two full business days.
