Purchasing an exhibitor space at the 2021 Midwest Damage Prevention Training Conference is an excellent way to market your product or service at the most anticipated industry event in the region. In 2020, the MWDPTC was a fully virtual event. While the 2020 Virtual MWDPTC was a major success, we’re thrilled to invite you back to what we do best -- an in-person conference at the French Lick Resort, where the region’s damage prevention community, including contractors, locators, facility owners, and more, all gather in one place. 

Now in its ninth year, the MWDPTC continues to deliver great value to all those who attend. The MWDPTC Planning Team is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and making the health of our attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors a top priority. In response to health and safety protocols, the exhibit hall may look a bit different this year in a new, larger space, but will once again be a primary destination for conference attendees to network and shop for products and services, and create an ideal opportunity for exhibitors to get noticed by decision makers. 

 

Who is the conference audience? 

We welcome all stakeholders in the Damage Prevention industry, including but not limited to the following:

  • Contractors: Owners, CEOs, safety directors, risk managers and field supervisors. 
  • Contract locating firm managers: Regional managers, field managers/supervisors and damage investigators. 
  • Facility owners: Damage prevention managers, engineers, agency administrators and legal counsel for damage prevention stakeholder organizations. 
  • Regulatory agencies: Federal, state and local compliance officers.
  • One call centers: Employees in Kentucky, Indiana and across the country.
 

Pricing 

  • Early Bird Booth Rate (if agreement and payment received by August 21): $600
  • Regular Booth Rate (if agreement and payment received by October 6): $625
  • Late Booth Rate (if agreement and payment received after October 6): $650 

With the purchase of a vendor booth, exhibitors will receive two complementary conference registration passes. This will give exhibitors access to the exhibit hall and all conference sessions, and meals for two attendees. Registration for networking events on Wednesday, November 10 is available for additional purchase. As a reminder, exhibitors will be responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations at the French Lick Resort.

Exhibitor Set Up: Wednesday, November 10, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. 

Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall: After exhibitor set up, Wednesday, November 10, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Additional Exhibit Hall Hours: Thursday, November 11, 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Door Prizes: Thursday, November 11, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Exhibit Hall Breakdown: Thursday, November 11, after 5:30 p.m. 

 

Door Prizes 

Exhibitors are invited to offer door prizes as a way to increase their brand awareness during the conference. The door prize reception will take place on Thursday, November 11 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. and will include a presentation of the prizes on stage. 

 

Shipping Materials in Advance of Conference

The French Lick Resort will accept and store materials shipped to the hotel no more than three days prior to the first day of the conference. When shipping boxes or display cases to the hotel, shipping labels require the name of the recipient, name of the company and name of the convention group, which is the Midwest Damage Prevention Training Conference.
