2025 Attendance Policy

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all participants at the Midwest Damage Prevention Training Conference, we have established the following attendance policy. Only individuals wearing official attendee badges or plus one wrist bands are permitted to enter any conference event. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity and security of the conference. Attendee badges and plus one wrist bands will be distributed upon registration, and it is the responsibility of each attendee to wear their badge or wrist band at all times during the conference. Attendees may be asked to present their badges or wrist bands at various checkpoints throughout the conference venue. Failure to present a valid badge or wrist band may result in denial of entry to conference events. All attendees are expected to comply with this policy, and non-compliance may result in removal from the conference and forfeiture of registration fees. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable conference experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.
